Our founder is Jameshyia Ballard, a registered and licensed dietitian with a PhD in Education: Research, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment. Born in the Mississippi Delta among poverty and chronic disease, she has made it her goal in life to help organizations build capacity and implement sustainable systems change. With work experience in early childhood education, in-patient clinical care, outpatient clinical care, public health, and state government, she plans to use her knowledge and expertise to assist organizations with planning for and achieving success.
